Next in line for our Brains 4 Buildings webinar series is Arie Taal of the Haagse Hogeschool. On the 17^th of March will give a lecture on “Fault Detection and Diagnosis”.

Description: Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems are responsible for a significant part of global energy consumption. Due to incorrect operation of controls and maintenance, a lot of this energy is “wasted”. In this webinar Arie Taal presents a new approach to automated energy performance and fault detection and diagnosis (FDD) of HVAC systems: the 4S3F method. This method applies an energy performance (FDD) architecture based on information embedded in process and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs).
